What Opcilo is — and is not
Opcilo seals documents so anyone can confirm integrity with a public verification link. It is not an e-signature tool, not a full document storage or CRM suite, and not a claim that document statements are true. Signatures prove agreement; Opcilo proves the file bytes have not changed since sealing.
Why we built it
Teams still send invoices, contracts, and certificates as ordinary files. Filenames look right while the bytes can be swapped after issue — especially across email and chat. Opcilo exists so a recipient can check integrity without creating an account. English and Arabic are first-class from day one because that is how many of our customers and recipients already work.
How we handle your documents
Each seal carries a SHA-256 fingerprint of the sealed file. Workspace documents stay in the Available region you choose — Azure Canada Central or Azure UAE North — encrypted at rest and in transit. Identity, billing, and some notifications may use other subprocessors; see the Security page and Subprocessors register for the current map.
