What Bulk Seal is

Bulk Seal is distinct from Seal Bundles. A Seal Bundle groups multiple documents under one shared verification link for recipients. Bulk Seal is different: each file keeps its own seal and verification code. They are not the same product motion — choose Bundles when you want one pack link; choose Bulk Seal when you need many independent seals fast.
How it works
A typical Bulk Seal workflow:
Select the batch
Pick the documents that need sealing — invoices, certificates, or mixed files from a high-volume day.
Run Bulk Seal
Start one sealing action for the selection. Opcilo processes the batch while preserving a separate seal record for every file.
Each file gets its own seal
Unlike a Seal Bundle’s single pack link, Bulk Seal issues per-file fingerprints and verification codes so each document stays independently verifiable.
Optionally notify after the batch
